24/7 In Love

In Celebration of Star Magic’s 20th Anniversary, A star-studded romance anthology ‘24/7 in Love’ is set to open this November 21, 2012.

Comprised of 7 Love Stories led by the brightest & the biggest stars of Star Magic; Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz, Angelica Panganiban, Bea Alonzo, Zanjoe Marudo, Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Diether Ocampo, Maja Salvador, Daniel Padilla, Kathryn Bernardo, Sam Milby, Pokwang , Xyriel Manabat and Zaijan Jaranilla.

I attended the Presscon the other day, November 10, 2012 at the Dolphy Theatre with all stars present except for John Lloyd Cruz who was taping that afternoon in Batangas.

The story revolves around Jane (Kathryn) in her search for answers on ‘What will people do before the world ends?’ to be her video entry to win tickets to Billy Fernandez’ concert (Daniel). There she met different people who will tell her how powerful true love can be.

A 40-year old virgin named Virgie (Pokwang) who will meet a gigolo Charles (Sam Milby); the hopeless romantic secretary Barbara (Maja) helping his boss Ken (Diet) with personal issues; Verna (Angel) who went to vacation in Vietnam and will meet a waiter Elvis (John Lloyd); Belle (Bea) who is in love with her gay best friend Butch (Zanjoe); an active Account Executive Patty (Kim) who wanted to get Alvin (Gerald) as a model for the compnay she is working for and a 35 year old mentally challenged Mike (Piolo) with child stars Zaijan & Xyriel.

Also stars in the movie are other Star Magic Artists John Lapus, Maricar Reyes, Jayson Gainza, Matt Evans, Nina Dolino, Joseph Marco, Jason Francisco, Helga Khapf, and Andrei Felix.

I believe this movie is not to show audience who is better amongst the stars of the film but It’s film that wants to tell people what love is and what it can do. I’m sure they would all deliver well since most of them are In Love and have experienced love plus you have superb direction by 4 promising young directors Mae Cruz, Dado Lumibao, John Lazatin & Frasco Mortiz and a good creative team.

Showing in all theaters nationwide this November 21, 2012. Here is a video clip I took from the Presscon with some exclusive photos!
