Jonathan Mullaly in real life turns 27 today, September 1.

(Though the auto-date above follows US Time; so this is advance by few hours.)

Jon who was last seen on ABC5's show is currently in the US.

Let me just make a little sharing here...

Jon is one of the sweetest and one of my most loved celebrities!

He is very thoughtful and would check on friends from time to time. 

I used to see him more when he was still part of the Cover Boys almost every Sunday in ASAP around 2008 -2009 and even when he was on Shall We Dance in ABC5. 

Every visit was special..

He was a true gentleman, accommodating, nice and really good looking as always.

He is also jealous at times that would make you want him more. Haha.

Jennylyn Mercado

This is the first time I'm actually making a "Behind-The-Scene" video.
 Luckily, it's for the beautiful & gorgeous Jennylyn Mercado for her 
5th album's single "Hindi Ka Na Mag-iisa" under Poly East Records.

This is not the best video you can get from me since I'm just starting; 
plus with little knowledge I have with editing & experimenting it 
on a lousy & outdated laptop; So don't be harsh on me! Hahaha!..

Nevertheless, this was made out of love..
My patience & creativity were tested..
But I was smiling the whole 5 hours I was editing the video.
Hope it does the same to you; She is infectious! :)

Jake Cuenca

I sent a tweet early morning of Saturday around 3am asking; 'Have you tried searching your name in Google?' Oh well... ABS-CBN's most handsome Antagonist; Jake Cuenca, replied with this; (I'll slice it for better presentation).

And after few hours of sleep, went to visit him on the set of the well-received afternoon serye #KungAkoyIiwanMo where he stars with Shaina Magdayao and Bangs Garcia. 

The show has been extended and again extended for no end date yet, for the high ratings its getting. From the normal 10-12% - it went to around 16% making it the no.1 show in the afternoon. The show which was originally titled 'Doha' has been airing for more than 6 months already. The serye is all about Family, Love, Marriage and Temptation. 

Jake has been doing really good with his acting & character here; great delivery & superb execution! 

He is also seen every night in a soap #KapagPusoAyMasugatan with Gabby Concepcion, Iza Calzado & Andi Eigenmann. This show is also getting positive reviews because of  fast-paced story and great acting by the cast. Talking about penetrating the Afternoon and Primetime slots.

Named as one of the '15 Hottest Hunks Ever' recently by Cosmopolitan Philippines; Jake is preparing for the Bench Universe; The 2012 Denim Underwear show this September 13 & 14; by going to the gym during his break times in between tapings.

By the way; Jake is coming out in 3 films; One with Star Magic Artists for the 20 years celebration; the other one with Gerald Anderson still produced by Star Magic directed by the great Tikoy Aguiluz with a working title 'El Brujo' having 3 taping days left; and an Indie 'Lihis' with Baron Geisler & Lovi Poe in a Brokeback concept.

Rafael Rosell

Star Magic Artist and a member of ASAP Cover Boys Rafael Rosell is now moving to GMA7. Rafael who is best known for playing 'Brandon' on ABS-CBN's romance drama Precious Heart Romances; Midnight Phantom, will first come out in an upcoming early primetime series of GMA7's 'Aso Ni San Roque' which star Lj Reyes then followed by a remake of Koreanovela 'Temptation of Wife' playing the role of 'Marcel' with Marian Rivera, Dennis Trillo & Alessandra de Rossi as his co-stars. 

Popoy Caritativo will now manage Rafael's career who also manages Marian's & Dennis'.

The last time I've seen Raf was during the premiere screening of his last Teleserye with ABS-CBN 'Dahil sa Pag-ibig' paired with Denise laurel which ended just recently June 29, 2012. He is one of the nicest & the smartest celebrities I've known. A deep person; yet very friendly & accommodating. 

He had good portrayals of his characters in the Serye he made with ABS-CBN from Marina, Rounin, Maligno, I Love Betty La Fea to PHR Kristine, Bud Brothers, The Substitute Bride to 100 Days and to 'Dahil Sa Pag-ibig'. He was with Star Magic for more than 10 years already.

Rafael who was named as one of the '15 Hottest Hunks Ever' recently by Cosmopolitan Philippines; is also an advocate for the environment & mother nature. Other than surfing, diving, swimming; he also joined the shore cleaned-up activity in Boracay, summer of this year.

Enchong Dee

I visited Enchong Dee last Friday, August 10, when he played for Kapamilya Deal or No Deal with Kean Cipriano hosted by Luis Manzano. He was playing for Boystown Charity while Kean for Gawad Kalinga.

The game was all about signs, risk, faith & luck. As much as I would like to spoil you guys of their winnings; You just have to watch it by yourselves; it airs today at 6pm on ABSCBN.

Then last tuesday, I attended the Red Carpet Premiere of their Star Cinema produced movie #TheReunion with Xian Lim, Enrique Gil & Kean Cipriano as his co stars directed by Frasco Mortiz at Megamall Cinema 3. It was a night of cheers, screams & 'kilig' by the different fans club. 

It's now tagged as the #BarkadaMovieNgTaon after earning 10 Million on its 1st day;

Enchong will be attending Block Screenings; Today at Eastwood Cinema sponsored by 'Only Enchong Dee' group and tomorrow at Podium Cinema hosted by 'ForeverEnchongDee' club then he goes straight to #SarahGLive as he co-hosts for the whole month of August.

Enchong is currently taping for a new Teleserye with Maja Salvador, Kim Chiu & Xian Lim coming out this 3rd quarter and will be filming an MMFF movie with Julia Montes & Enrique Gil.

Pokwang

I have always wanted to visit Mamang Pokwang; (Marietta Subong in real life) on the set of Aryana. The first try; didn't make it since location was kinda far in Batangas. The 2nd try didn't happen too for it was in Antipolo; far still and she just had few scenes; The 3rd try was was when the monsoon hit Manila; 

Finally, Last August 11, on my way to ABS-CBN; I saw her tweet; she was in Grams having breakfast. So I went there fast but when I arrived she left already. Luckily, the location was just near so I did a surprise visit instead.

With welcoming arms and exciting gestures; She was happy to see me and my friends; visiting her unplanned. She then gave us Ice Cream Drumstick and we started sharing stories..

Mamang Pokie is not aware I'm a dedicating an entry for her. I just felt the need to because I want others to know how a wonderful celebrity she is and an amazing person. 

Other than the food and clothing she extended to Sagip Kapamilya; she also gaved relief goods to more than 50 staff & crew of #Aryana who were also affected by the calamity. She did that twice. What an angel on earth You are Mamang.

Pokwang is currently seen on the highly rated afternoon soap #Aryana from Monday to Friday on ABS-CBN. The normal rating for this timeslot before TV Patrol is usually 12-15% but they are even going beyond 20%. Congrats to the whole team! Moreover, She is back on TODAMAX, a comedy show every Saturday with Angel Locsin & Robin Padilla.

Also, Pokwang got good reviews from her amazing performance in the recent horror movie #TheHealing with Governor Vilma Santos. Now, she is filming a movie with Eat Bulaga's Wally & Jose with a working title 'Sa Iyo Ang Pritil, Sa Akin ang Bangkusay' to be released November of this year.

This post is kinda overdue.

But nevertheless I’m really happy dedicating an entry for Liezel Garcia;

as she releases her 1^st Self-titled studio album.

A native of Puerto Galera and a Pinoy Dream Academy Scholar;

Liezel is now an in-demand interpreter of Teleserye Lovesongs of ABSCBN.

Last August 1, 2012 her album finally came out in Astroplus & Odyssey’s Record Bars.
